Order Process
Steps taken to getting your project / website underway.

  1. You submit a Quote Request with your requirements.

  2. Once we have enough information, we respond with our bid.

  3. You accept the bid.

  4. We send you an agreement for your signature.

  5. You then return the agreement with your signature to us along with a 50% deposit of the estimated quote. (Quotes are generated based on the information supplied by you.)

  6. Sites are then posted to a temporary URL on our domain for your input/changes and approval.

  7. We keep in close contact and get feedback from you with your likes and dislikes, and we modify the design until we are both pleased with it.

  8. Final payment is made when the site is completed and we transfer it up to your domain.

We are very customer-oriented and want our clients to be happy and we will go out of our way to ensure that ... however ... we are unable to provide extra hours work on a project without charging for the additional time spent.
